In this 6-month program, women gain the skills they need to develop their effectiveness and prepare to take on more responsibility and step into more senior levels of leadership. 

They learn to overcome their blind spots, develop an authentic brand of communication, peer collaboration and leadership, learning how to develop teams, navigate change and uncertainty, and manage up.

Impostor syndrome affects upwards of 80% of the technology workforce and is likely even more prevalent in women and under-represented minorities. And it has some curious symptoms in your team, in everything from not speaking up to even being displayed as anger and arrogance. During this program we will diagnose any underlying impostor syndrome and self-sabotaging behaviours and put in place a tailored resilience toolkit so that they your team member is better equipped to deal with the challenges the business throws their way.

we’ll dig into everything from the ‘do more with less’ principles to actually understanding strategy and the four principles of strategy execution to ensure your team no longer needs you hand-holding them through project and program delivery.

managing up makes everyone’s life easier, and provides huge benefits to the business. And yet, all too often no one tells you what this means! As part of this program we dig into what managing up effectively really looks like and help deliver on productivity, communication and business outcomes as a result. Many of the participants of this program realise that this piece alone improves their relationship with everyone in the business and means they have more time executing on what really matters to the business.

The Time/Plan/Build Framework

During this 6-month journey your team members will learn the ‘soft’ skills of excelling in the workplace (which are far from soft, and yet aren’t given the attention they deserve). We’ll be covering everything from the art of executive presence, and the attributes that set apart high performers from the rest. Throughout they’ll be given the techniques they need to implement tactics and develop strategies immediately in your workplace so that they can master and embed what you are learning.

Using the Time/Plan/Build Framework many of Toni’s clients see significant progress within the first few sessions, which then amplifies during the 6-months as they develop the skills to build this into their careers long-term. 

  • Time: making the time for exceptional leadership

    We'll start by tackling overwhelm, and move to getting clear and focused on the ruthless priorities the organization needs them to have. The'll learn how to ensure the team is fully supported while meeting deadlines and finding time for the all important deep work mode.

  • Plan: creating a personal leadership development plan

    To ensure they achieve everything they are capable of achieving we will put in place a personal leadership development plan, so that everyone is clear and focused on the targets for progression over the program. We'll cover the key priority areas in anything from using personality indicators as a tool to help get more done, to teasing apart where communication skills or executive presence needs attention and where impostor syndrome is flaring up and holding back progress.

  • Build: turning dreams into reality

    Using the plan, we'll implement the key professional development strategies that will have the swiftest impact in the shortest amount of time. The goal always is to assess what is the '#1 thing that will make everything else easier'!

Hi! I’m Toni Collis, an Executive Leadership Coach, women in tech expert, and CEO of Collis-Holmes Innovations.

For my entire professional tech career I had a passion for helping other women thrive. Little did I know that helping women thrive would also be the catalyst for my own career, because I had to learn, fast, how to lead authentically, elevate those around me, and manage my time and energy so I could achieve everything I needed to for those around me.

As a result, 7 years into my career I landed my first C-Suite role, all without an MBA. I’ve since become a full-time executive coach for women in the global tech industry and I have held thousands of powerful conversations to help transform the leadership of my global clientele. Those powerful conversations are what has me leaping out of bed each day, and provide the massive shifts that generate the big results my clients receive. 

The world is currently an incredibly uncertain place, but there has truly never been a better time to demonstrate great leadership and help the people around you who are desperately seeking stability, motivation, solutions and empathy that YOU have so that together you can all change the world.
